In Scotland, the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 requires all staff working in Scottish Licensed premises be trained before serving or selling alcohol. This includes all part-time and casual staff.
ServeWise and Quality Hospitality International (QHI) have designed the online Responsible Service of Alcohol course, ServeWise Training for Staff Working in Scottish Licensed Premises, to enable staff to complete this training.
Although it is not compulsory for staff training in England and Wales it is highly recommended that staff complete a Responsible Service of Alcohol before they start working.
We can now offer the Responsible Service of Alcohol course for England and Wales for those working south of the border.
These flexible online courses give you instant access to training, saves you time and money and you can do the training when it suits you - no need to book into a class. You can log in and out of a course whenever you like and the system will remember where you were up to.
When you complete the course, you will receive a Record of Training to print from your home or work computer.
