From the 1st September 2009 the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 require all staff who are working in Scottish Licensed premises to be trained before serving alcohol. This includes all part-time and casual staff.

ServeWise and Quality Hospitality International (QHI) have designed this online Responsible Service of Alcohol course, ServeWise Training for Staff Working in Scottish Licensed Premises, to enable staff to complete this training.

This flexible online course gives you instant access to training, saves you time and money and you can do the training when it suits you - no need to book into a class. You can log in and out of the course whenever you like and the system will remember where you were up to.
When you complete the course, you will receive a Record of Training to print from your home or work computer.
